2. Service Scope & Ops AI Infrastructure
Ops provides a cloud AI Operations OS uniting mobile field tools and executive dashboards to automate work orders, scheduling, teams, and financial reporting under Bagback Digital Solutions infrastructure.
3. Account Security & Responsibilities
Subscribing organizations are fully responsible for credential security and managing internal permissions. Any unauthorized account breach must be reported immediately to ops@bagbacktech.com.
4. Subscription Plans & Fair Usage
Fees are structured by selected plans (Pilot, Team, Enterprise). Customers must adhere to fair usage policies regarding Ops AI processing calls to maintain platform stability for all enterprise users.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All Intellectual Property, codebases, algorithms, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Bagback Digital Solutions. Unauthorized reverse engineering or copying is strictly prohibited.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA Guarantee)
BagBackTech commits to target platform availability of 99.9%, backed by scheduled non-disruptive maintenance and continuous automated cloud infrastructure upgrades.
7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
Ops is provided as an operational enablement platform. BagBackTech is not liable for business losses stemming from inaccurate user data input or local connectivity outages.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
